Dak Prescott is being called a ‘rapist’ by his accuser’s attorney, who is vowing to file criminal charges against the Dallas Cowboys star over the 2017 attack after the NFL star is sued in response to an alleged $100 million racketeering scheme.
A lawyer for the woman accusing Dak Prescott of sexual assault is doubling down on the claim, vowing to file criminal charges and a lawsuit against the Cowboys quarterback after he sued over the alleged $100 million racketeering scheme.
“Dak is a rapist,” lawyer Yoel Zehaie told DailyMail.com via LinkedIn. ‘And our story will be heard. Our client files a police report today in Dallas for aggravated sexual assault. Several women have approached us and said that they would like to come forward. We are also filing our own lawsuit.’
Yoel and Bethel Zehaie represent Victoria Baleigh Shores, who accuses Prescott of sexually assaulting her in the back of an SUV in 2017 after his rookie season in the NFL.
On Monday, Prescott preemptively sued Shores and both of her lawyers over an alleged $100 million racketeering scheme centered around the sexual assault claim, which his lawyer has characterized as “completely fabricated.”
Prescott has not been charged with any crime in the case. His attorney, Levi McCathern, did not immediately respond to a request for comment on Zehaie’s statement.

In January, Prescott received a letter from attorneys Bethel and Yoel Zehaie on behalf of Shores, according to a lawsuit filed in Texas’ Collin County and provided to DailyMail.com by McCathern. The letter alleged that Prescott sexually assaulted Shores in the back of an SUV on February 2, 2017, after the two met on Snapchat.
“At one point, you, Ms. Shores, along with the 2 members of your entourage entered your black SUV vehicle,” read the letter to Prescott, which included his lawsuit against Shores. ‘You directed Ms. Shores to the far back row so you all could go to (edited).
‘On the trip to (redacted) you exposed your genitals. Ms. Shores did not want to engage in sexual intercourse and made sure to make her wishes known. Afterwards, the car stopped at your destination. When this happened, everyone got out of the car, you expect, and you further signaled to one of your entourage to leave you and Mrs. Shores alone.
“At this point, you used physical force and sexually assaulted Ms. Shores by penetrating her vagina without her consent.”
The letter informs Prescott that Shores ‘is willing to forgo pursuing criminal charges, along with disclosing this information to the public, in exchange for compensating her for the mental anguish she has suffered’.
Prescott is then told that ‘Ms. Shores’ damages are assessed at a sum of $100,000,000.00′ and he had ‘until February 16, 2024’ to respond.
In the alleged letter from Shores’ lawyers to Prescott, he offers a chance to pay her $100 million.
McCathern said in his statement that Prescott has reported the alleged extortion scheme to authorities.
Prescott denies having intercourse with Shores.
His filing explains that he was ‘single’ at the time of the alleged assault, and goes on to say that Shores’ behavior over the past seven years is ‘consistent with engaging in only consensual acts with Mr. Prescott.’
“The fact that Mr. Prescott did not hear a single negative thing about this alleged interaction from nearly a decade ago is truly telling of the defendants’ motives,” the filing read.

The countersuit is also valued at $100 million, although McCathern said any price would be donated by Prescott to the Joyful Heart Foundation, which helps victims of sexual assault.
Prescott, 30, led the NFL in touchdown passes last season before finishing second in MVP voting behind Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson.
Prescott is entering the final season of his four-year, $160 million deal. He has earned over $160 million over eight NFL seasons.
He and his girlfriend, Sarah Jane Ramos, recently announced the birth of a baby girl.
