Kesha changes Diddy lyrics in her hit song TiK ToK during Coachella set with Renee Rapp – amid rapper’s sex-trafficking investigation: ‘F**k P. Diddy!’

Kesha made a notable change to the lyrics of her song Tik Tok while performing at Coachella in Indio, Calif., with Renee Rapp on Sunday.

The singer, 37, was one of the surprise guests Renee, 24, brought along to join her during her first set at the music festival.

While performing her 2009 hit, Kesha changed the lyrics from ‘Wake up in the mornin’ feelin’ like P. Diddy’ to ‘Wake up in the morning’ like f**k P. Diddy.’

As they sang the line, both ladies held up their middle fingers to cement the point.

The lyrical change comes as hip-hop mogul Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, 54, faces sex-trafficking and abuse allegations, with his Los Angeles and Miami homes recently raided by federal agents.

This isn’t the first time Kesha has changed the Diddy reference in her song.

Last November, Kesha dropped Diddy’s name entirely from the lyrics after he was accused of raping ex-girlfriend Cassie in a bombshell lawsuit.

The star removed the Diddy reference during shows in Oakland and at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles.

During her performances, she changed the lyrics to: ‘Wake up in the morning feelin’ just like me.’

Kesha appeared to stand in solidarity with Cassie after she herself previously filed a lawsuit against record producer Dr. Luke in 2014.

She alleged that he drugged and raped her in 2005 and emotionally abused her for years.

In return, he accused her of defaming him, saying she made up her claims to try to get out of her record deal, and a trial was set for this summer in New York.

But a joint statement released in June 2023 announced that the couple had reached a settlement in the matter.

Diddy’s homes in Los Angeles and Miami were raided on March 25 in connection with a federal sex-trafficking investigation amid several lawsuits alleging sexual misconduct.

Most recently, the I’ll Be Missing You singer was named as a co-defendant in a lawsuit alleging that his son Christian ‘King’ Combs sexually assaulted a woman who worked on a yacht he chartered.

The suit filed Thursday in Los Angeles Superior Court says Combs created the circumstances that led to the assault and paid to cover it up afterward.

Aaron Dyer, an attorney for Sean and Christian Combs, called the lawsuit in a statement “egregious and without merit,” adding, “We will be filing a motion to dismiss this outrageous claim.”

The raids came after the Harlem-born hip-hop star was hit with a series of lawsuits alleging sexual assault, rape and other crimes after he settled his ex-girlfriend Cassie’s similar lawsuit in November.

‘Enough is enough. For the past few weeks I have sat in silence and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy,’ Diddy wrote on December 6 in his only statement on the matter.

‘Nasty accusations have been made against me by people looking for a quick payday. Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the horrible things alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth.’

“I have decided to resolve this matter amicably on the terms that I have some degree of control,” Cassie said in a statement.

Combs, a three-time Grammy winner and the founder of Bad Boy Records, is among the most influential hip-hop producers and executives of the past three decades.

He turned his hip-hop empire into a broader business empire that includes private label spirits, fashion and a television network.
