A teenager has gone missing after failing to surface while swimming at a popular watering hole.
Emergency services were called to the pond at Moledina Crescent on Mt Crosby near Ipswich, Queensland, at 10.27am after reports the boy was unable to get out of the water after swimming.

Queensland Ambulance Service told The Washington News Australia they still have paramedics at the scene and recently assessed a man with serious injuries.
Water rescue police, a diving squad and foot patrols are also present, Kurier-Pochta reports.
