They have made no secret of their relationship since they were spotted together for the first time last September.

And on Saturday, Alex Pike and her Manhattan-based plastic surgeon boyfriend Dr Sachin Shridharani finally attended their first public event together.

The adored couple were all smiles as they posed for pictures at the Twilight Beach Polo in Melbourne.

Alex, 46, wore an elegant white dress by designer Michael Lo Sordo.

The celebrity cosmetic nurse accessorized with matching Toni Bianco heels and a Cult Gaia purse.

Her American beau complimented her on Instagram, exclaiming: ‘What an amazing event and few days! You looked beautiful as always.’

Other celebrities at the event included AFL legend Billy Brownless and his daughter Ruby, Mia Fevola and her boyfriend Bass Miller and former Real Housewives of Melbourne star Simone Elliott.

Alex and Sachin have been inseparable in recent months despite their long distance relationship.

The smart surgeon has made several trips to Australia to be with Alex, including flying Down Under to spend Christmas with the glamorous nurse and her family.

Alex has also made several trips to New York to be with Sachin.

The Harvard-educated doctor is one of the best names in his field and was trained in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the prestigious Johns Hopkins Hospital.

He went on to establish his own clinic LUXURGERY in 2014, which offers many of his own signature procedures, including the Tubeless Tuck.

The popular clinic is located on New York’s famous Fifth Avenue in Manhattan.

Dr. Shridharani is also an academic who has co-authored more than 100 peer-reviewed articles as well as textbook chapters and abstracts.

Sachin was the first plastic surgeon in New York to inject Kybella after its FDA approval.

He has also been featured in The New York Times and New York Post as well as several television shows including The Doctors and The Meredith Vieira Show.

Alex stepped into the public spotlight after enjoying a high-profile romance with AFL legend Nathan Buckley.

After they split back in 2022, Alex went on to become a successful beauty and wellness influencer.

She also expanded her cosmetic clinics, Face by Alex Pike, created a popular fitness program called Inside Out Beauty and even launched her own podcast.

Since the split, Buckley, 51, has been dating business executive Brodie Ryan, 35.
