The Hairspray star has had several personal ups and downs in recent months, including wandering naked through Los Angeles traffic in March.
Amanda wore faux python pants and a baggy gray T-shirt.
In photos posted to her Instagram, she said she went to Target to buy black hair dye to turn her locks platinum blonde.

The “Amanda Show” alum briefly returned to the spotlight thanks to her post-cancellation podcast.
The debut episode was released on December 9, and on the 17th she closed the project.
“So even though the podcast is doing really well and the response has been great, I’m going to take a break for now,” she said on TikTok on Dec. 17.
“We can’t get the kind of guests on the show that I would like, say Jack Harlow or Drake or Post Malone, so maybe one day if we can get those kinds of guests we’ll bring the show back.” podcast. But now I’m taking a break from this.”
She continued: “Thank you to everyone who watched, I really hope you enjoyed it and that’s all for now.”
Bynes eventually decided to stop the podcast for good in order to “have a stable job.”
On Thursday, the actress took to Instagram Stories to reveal that she’s giving up podcasting to find more stable work as a manicurist.
The Thousand Oaks, Calif., native said the first episode of her podcast, “Amanda Bynes and Paul Sieminski: The Podcast,” “did really well” after its Dec. 9 release.
Amanda wore Shane’s faux python pants and a baggy gray tee.
Ultimately, Bynes decided to stop the podcast for good so he could “have a steady job.”

“I was actually surprised and of course I was going to continue after my friends told me to do it,” Bynes said of the first podcast, which featured tattoo artist Dahlia Mote as a guest.
The Hairspray actress continued, “However, now that I think about it, I would rather get my nail technician license and have a full-time job. I’ll go this route instead.”
The All That actress has previously spoken about her interest in working in the beauty and fashion industry.
She continued: “Thank you to everyone who watched, I really hope you enjoyed it and that’s all for now.”

Bynes also previously studied at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM) almost ten years ago.
In October 2022, she revealed on social media that she was “attending cosmetology college to become a nail technician” and shared photos of her educational journey.
In 2020, she was exploring the possibility of launching a perfume line, as her lawyer David Esquibias told People at the time, “She’s exploring fragrances.”
