Anya Taylor-Joy wows in slinky black dress as she joins Michelle Williams, Rachel Zegler and Diane Kruger at Dior’s Pre-Fall 2024 fashion show in NY

A host of fashionable stars attended the Dior pre-fall 2024 fashion show at the Brooklyn Museum in New York on Monday.

Furiosa star Anya Taylor-Joy, 28, wowed in a Marlene Dietrich-inspired slim black dress from the fashion house, designed by Dior creative director Maria Grazia Chiuri. The entire collection was a nod to the iconic 1940s actress’s androgynous style.

The blonde beauty paired the outfit with sheer black elbow-length gloves, a black headband over her slicked back locks and smoky gothic eyeshadow.

Michelle Williams, 43, opted for a contrasting look, wearing a white short-sleeved jumpsuit with wide-leg vintage-inspired trousers. The Manchester by the Sea actress completed the look with a chic black bag.

Rachel Zegler, 22, put on a long display in a black velvet vest, matching shorts and a blazer. She added height to her look with strappy black heels.

Diane Kruger, 47, was every inch the cool girl in a cropped denim jacket, oversized jeans, a white button down and a black polka dot tie.

The actress, whose fiance is Walking Dead star Norman Reedus, wore her blonde locks slightly wavy for the occasion.

She accessorized with a trendy Dior bag.

Model Karlie Kloss, 31, cut a fashionable figure in a slipper pattern skirt set. The look was cinched in at the waist with a black belt.

She paired the outfit with black pointed-toe heels.

Gone Girl star Rosamund Pike, 45, made a dramatic entrance in a smart black top and skirt, separated with platform heels and black socks

Naomi Watts, 55, looked angelic in a plunging white gown, which she accessorized with a chunky gold pendant.

The star was joined by her younger child Kai Watts, 15.

Kai looked chic in a butterfly patterned sweater and matching skirt.

White Lotus star Alexandra Daddario, 38, looked incredible in a low-cut black and white dress.

She wore her raven locks pulled back into a ponytail.

Alexandra Shipp, 32, looked sophisticated in a long-sleeved black dress and black open-toe heels.

Charlize Theron, 48, skipped the red carpet but was pictured inside with her adopted daughter August, nine.

The South African beauty wore a long-sleeved black top with a brown skirt with painted black patterns.

Underneath she wore black leather pants. A pair of black sunglasses protected her eyes.

The Mad Max star accessorized with a layer of gold necklaces, including one that spelled out Dior.

Meanwhile, August wore a blue and white black jacket over a white dress, paired with socks and gray sneakers.

Theron adopted her daughter August in July 2015.

Korean singer Haerin, 17, looked elegant in an off-shoulder black top paired with a black and white skirt.

She carried a mini Dior bag in her hand.

Haerin enjoyed the show next to Anya and Rosamund.

Dior’s pre-fall 2024 show was a tribute to Marlene Dietrich’s androgynous beauty.

The collection also paid homage to the cities of Paris and New York – with Marlene’s style embodying the bridge between the two cities – and celebrated the ongoing partnership between Dior and the Brooklyn Museum.

Chiuri channeled Dietrich’s iconic style with the collection’s mix of structured suits and flowing dresses.

The show marked the second time Dior has partnered with the Brooklyn Museum.
