Ariana Grandes takes father Ed Butera to Broadway revival of Spamalot starring her boyfriend Ethan Slater

Ariana Grande gave her father Ed Butera backstage access at a screening of “Spamalot” starring her boyfriend Ethan Slater in New York City.

On Sunday, the 30-year-old singer took to Instagram Stories to share a video clip of Ed, 65, backstage at the St. James Theatre.

Ed stood with his back to the camera as Ariana caught him goofing around and shared it with her roughly 380 million followers.

“Don’t touch the props,” Ariana wrote as Ed clapped his hands together with two round objects making bouncing sounds.

“Wait, what?” Ariana said, laughing.

Ed posted a clip of his daughter on his Instagram Stories for his approximately 179,000 followers and wrote: “So much fun!”

Ethan, 31, is starring in the Broadway revival of Spamalot as “The Historian/Prince,” and Ariana has seen it several times since it opened in November.

Ariana recently paid tribute to their romance with a unique holiday celebration.

The singer, who began dating the Broadway star shortly after her split from Dalton Gomez, took to social media last week to share snaps of her recent Christmas celebrations.

Along with photos of her FaceTiming with family and relaxing with her pups, Ariana took a look at the SPAM can ornament.

The hilarious display was apparently a nod to Ethan’s role in Spamalot, the new Broadway revival adapted from the 1975 film Monty Python and the Holy Grail.

It first became known back in July that Ariana and Ethan were dating, amid her divorce from 28-year-old Dalton and his 29-year-old wife Lilly.

Ariana’s divorce was finalized on October 6.

Ethan, 31, is starring in the Broadway revival of Spamalot as the Historian/Prince, and Ariana, who was featured with him earlier this year, has seen it several times.

In November, it was reported that the new lovebirds had taken their relationship to the next level, with the Dangerous Woman singer currently living with her Wicked co-star in New York while he performs at Spamalot.

The couple met in December 2022 while filming the UK film adaptation of the hit Broadway musical Wicked, in which Ariana plays Glinda the Good Witch alongside Ethan as the munchkin Bok.

Both couples announced they had split within days of each other back in July, with Ariana announcing her split from Dalton just three days before confirming her new relationship with Ethan, who then filed for divorce from Lilly.

He cited irreconcilable differences and asked for joint custody of their newborn son.

Lilly has since blasted Ariana in a series of disparaging interviews, telling Page Six that the singer is “not a chick” and quipping that “My family is just collateral damage” to her.

In an exclusive interview with DailyMail.com, the Broadway star’s ex-wife said she is determined to continue her life as a single mother, without her ex-husband.

“I’m focused on rebuilding our son’s life,” she said. “That’s what I’m trying to do and that’s my only goal.”

Lilly’s confession comes after a source close to Ariana and Ethan claimed that the singer “partied” with Lilly and her new baby several times before her affair with her co-star was revealed, and even told people how much she “wants a baby, one day” after becoming close with Lilly and Ethan.

An insider close to Lilly and Ethan told DailyMail.com that Ariana and Ethan’s relationship had taken a brutal toll on the young mother, who spent time with the singer on numerous occasions while visiting her husband on set in London.

“Lilly has hung out with Ethan and Ariana so many times,” the insider said. “Ariana met their child and even held him in her arms.

“They had dinner together in London and Ariana told Lilly that she wanted to have a baby someday and that she couldn’t wait to start a family.”

According to a source, Lilly and her son traveled to London to visit Ethan on the set of Wicked in April this year – just eight months after the baby was born.

The insider claimed that after that visit, Lilly discovered that her husband was having an affair with Ariana, but she and Ethan made the decision to try to “put it behind us and work on their marriage,” but she later discovered that he had continued his affair with the singer .
