Bec Judd reveals her son has destroyed fixtures in her luxury Brighton home by playing cricket inside: ‘My bedroom is Oscar’s practice net’

Rebecca Judd’s son caused extensive damage to her $7.3 million Brighton mansion in Melbourne.

The AFL WAG, 40, said her 12-year-old son Oscar smashed her bedroom shutters while practicing cricket inside.

On Instagram on Wednesday, Beck shared footage of the broken blinds.

“It must be cricket season,” she said in the clip, as the footage showed not one, but two broken shutters in the room.

“I just fixed it,” Beck added, pointing to the broken fixture.

Another shutter had dents on the side, exposing the bare wood slats of the originally painted white structure.

“My bedroom is Oscar’s training net,” Beck wrote alongside the video.

Just months earlier, Bec showed off stunning before and after photos of her incredible Brighton mansion renovation.

The huge property, which she shares with former AFL great Chris Judd, was purchased by the genetically blessed couple in March 2018 and a complete redevelopment of the Spanish colonial site began soon after.

One of the photos in Beck’s Instagram gallery shows a backyard pool under construction.

Once completed, the space was transformed into an entertaining oasis with cut stone, a magnesium pool and an outdoor kitchen.

Meanwhile, the net, which can be easily rotated lengthwise, frees up space for garden parties.

Other upgrades to the luxury estate include replacing the mansion’s aesthetic and apricot color palette with stylish grays and blacks, adding modern touches such as gold brass hardware, marble and steel doors.

However, the couple retained the home’s defining architectural feature—its arches—and used that form as a theme throughout the interior.

There is also a gym and a bar with a sink and snooker table.

The highlight is the bathroom, which features a giant arched mirror reflecting the home’s Spanish Colonial architecture.

Rebecca’s penchant for gold brass fittings, black frames and marble continues in the bathrooms.
