Booking.com creates a world of pure imagination with Willy Wonka-inspired hotel rooms in LA and NYC – life-sized chocolates included

Travelers will soon be able to experience a world of pure imagination as Booking.com unveils new Willy Wonka-themed hotel suites in New York and Los Angeles.

To celebrate the release of the film, Warner Bros. Pictures “Wonka” accommodation website offers guests the opportunity to stay at Wonka’s Sweet Suites, which serves life-size chocolates.

These unique accommodations can be found at the Park Lane Hotel in New York City and the Viceroy Santa Monica Hotel, each of which offers “adventurous experiences inspired by a favorite chocolatier, allowing guests to experience the ‘protagonist energy’ of their travels.”

The company said the hotels will be “transformed into a sweet wonderland inspired by the highly anticipated film” and stays will be “complete with activities worthy of a connoisseur of sweets.”

Stays will be booked on a first-come, first-served basis for two pairs of guests on December 13th at noon EST. Each stay is scheduled for December 15th and 16th and is priced at just $12.15.

“The Conservatory Suite at the Park Lane New York and the Palmetto King Suite at the Viceroy Santa Monica will provide guests with all the entertainment options and edible amenities like the fun and creative Wonka© Magic Hat gummies, limited edition,” Booking.com said.

Other treats include “life-size chocolates, a replica of Wonka’s Candy Shop Christmas tree and a decadent bed of marshmallow candy bars set among cotton candy clouds for the sweetest dreams, just like in the new movie.”

In addition to overnight accommodations, the experience will include tickets to see Wonka in theaters, vintage destination posters and stamp wallpaper, travel-inspired chocolatiers, candy-inspired drinks and more.

If the suits were booked by Level 2 or 3 members of the company’s Genius loyalty program, Wonka’s sweet suites will include a free chocolate breakfast, the company said.
