Nigel Harman kept a low profile as he went to physiotherapy on Wednesday after being forced to pull out of Strictly Come Dancing.
The 50-year-old actor had to withdraw from the competition for health reasons after injuring a rib during a rehearsal.
Nigel, who was partnered with Katya Jones, looked distressed during the outing as he kept his head low and wore a yellow cap.
The Downton Abbey star opted for a casual look for the outing: a black bomber jacket, which he wore with matching sweatpants.
Wearing a navy blue T-shirt, Nigel completed his look with a pair of white trainers.

The outing comes after it was revealed BBC crew were relieved following Nigel’s surprise departure from the show.
The star was reported to have frequent “mood swings” following his departure, causing bad feelings among staff backstage.
The source said Sun as an actor, he “takes himself very seriously” as a performer and gives himself completely to his routine.
I go on to say, “He obviously gets very emotional if things don’t go the way he hoped. This often means that behind the scenes he can act like a bear with a sore head.
“Viewers could see it when he received disappointing marks for his fast pace at Blackpool.”
Before adding: “The show’s crew and professionals are like a close-knit family and celebrities are welcome. But if someone disrupts this long-standing dynamic, it can cause bad feelings.”
In response to the allegations, a BBC source responded: “It’s always sad when a contestant leaves a show, especially when they’ve been injured.”
“Nigel will be missed by those who worked with him on the show and everyone wishes him well and looks forward to seeing him at the final on Saturday 16 December.”

Nigel and Katya’s performance to Duke Ellington’s It Don’t Mean a Thing left them second from bottom in the Blackpool judges’ table with a score of 31 out of 40.
In video posted to social media, Nigel can be seen quickly leaving the dance floor just seconds after the BBC cameras stopped filming.
Katya looked confused and paused briefly before following as the other contestants joyfully danced and hugged each other.
A viewer who shared the video on Twitter also wrote: “Are the #Strictly judges proud of themselves?” Nigel was broken tonight, he couldn’t even accept that he was still dancing when the theme and cameras stopped.
The point of the show shouldn’t be to take away anyone’s love of dance and confidence.”

The pair appeared on Saturday’s show, where Nigel revealed how he injured his rib while jumping in rehearsal.
He said: “I was about to be caught by some very handsome men, but when I landed I did something to my rib. I’m a little high on the painkillers.
Asked by host Claudia Winkleman if he enjoyed his time on the show, Nigel replied: “Oh, I loved it, I loved it. It didn’t really sink in.
“As I watched everyone walk down the stairs, I realized I was no longer a part of this.”
Katya praised Nigel for working hard on the show and was nervous at the thought of them not being able to perform together again.
She said: “I loved every moment we made magic on the dance floor.
“I know he did this for your daughter and your parents, and I know your parents will be very proud of you. I hope you get something out of this that you keep in your broken rib forever.”
Nigel replied: “The only reason I’m standing here is because of all your hard work. You challenge me, you push me, you support me. But most importantly, you are now just a part of me.” Feeling emotional, he added: “I can’t even look at you!”
