EDEN CONFIDENTIAL: Damien Hirst’s girlfriend Sophie Cannell celebrates her pregnancy with a strong stripper pole

Having Damien Hirst as her boyfriend seems to be awfully hard work for Sophie Cannell.

The former ballerina, 30, has performed dances around the stripper pole he had installed at his £36million home in Regent’s Park, London, despite being heavily pregnant.

Sophie shared this photo online of her leaning on the pole in an outfit that showed off her breasts and baby bump. “Blue for a boy,” she comments, referring to the gender of the child she’s expecting.

Hirst, who is 28 years her senior, is said to be Britain’s richest artist with an estimated fortune of £300 million. The new arrival will have to share his home with their French bulldogs, Pablo, Chapo and Blanco.

The artist, known for his shark pickled in a tank, has three grown children with ex-girlfriend Maia Norman.

Fearless rider Edie braves a new injury

Edie Campbell is such a keen rider that she trained herself to win the Magnolia Cup at Glorious Goodwood in 2014.

And the top model is certainly willing to suffer for her sport.

The daughter of Old Etonian Roddy Campbell and architect Sophie Hicks had to undergo emergency plastic surgery last year after being kicked in the face and shoulder by a horse.

Now I hear that Edie, 33, rode in the Burnham Market International horse trials at the weekend despite suffering a hand injury.

Edie competed on her horse Big Bruno in an event won by Olympic champion Laura Collett.

She says: ‘Big Bruno put a smile on everyone’s face, after a chaotic day with sprained fingers and other pleasant things.’

Zara Tindall has been a handsomely paid ambassador for Land Rover for the past 18 years, so her arrival at the Burnham Market International horse trials in a Hyundai Tucson caused some surprise.

King Charles’ niece, 42, was driving the three-year-old Hyundai worth around £20,000. It was covered in mud and had at least one bird that fell on the roof.

The Range Rover SVR normally driven by Zara would cost around £100,000. A spokesman for Land Rover is keen to make it clear: ‘Zara is an ambassador for Land Rover.’

New York party girls failed their heir

Heirs were out in force at the weekend: Nicky Hilton and Ivy Getty, whose families have a combined fortune of £7billion, partied together at a charity fundraiser in New York.

They are pictured at Red Venice’s annual masquerade ball, benefiting the preservation of the Italian city’s artistic heritage, which took place at The Plaza Hotel.

Not only do Nicky, 40, and Ivy, 29, come from two of America’s richest families, but both are married to English men.

Nicky, the older sister of Paris Hilton, is the wife of British banker James Rothschild, with whom she has three children.

Ivy is married to photographer Toby Engel, son of former Corrie star Cheryl Prime.
