Great presidential liars of our time: Nixon, Clinton – and now Biden… And, says DAVID MARCUS, the lickspittle media and intelligence bosses who covered up for father and First Son should be on Hunter’s damning indictment too

“I am not a rogue”. – Richard Nixon

“I did not have sexual relations with this woman.” – Bill Clinton

“I never discussed my son’s affairs with him.” – Joe Biden

They will soon fly off the shelves.

The decision by a federal grand jury to indict the son of the President of the United States on nine counts (including three felonies) of tax evasion and fraud in a “four-year scheme” to avoid paying $1.4 million in taxes is more than just that. bad news for Hunter.

Papa Joe must feel the walls closing in.

Ultimately, the indictment unleashed a corruption scandal and potential cover-up that rivaled the worst scandal in American presidential history.

Just imagine how far the country has come since Hunter’s dirty laundry first became public knowledge.

Presidential candidate Biden told the country in 2020 that his son never made money in China.

LIE.

Fifty-one former US intelligence officials warned Americans that Hunter’s laptop was likely Russian disinformation.

Fake news.

Big Tech, The New York Times, The Washington Post, and nearly every mainstream media outlet did everything possible to censor, cover up, and deny the revelations coming out of Hunter’s hard drive.

Abuse of official position.

The funny thing is that the president has repeatedly promised that he has nothing to do with his son’s shady foreign dealings.

I’m curious, Joe. How would you describe dinner with Hunter’s Ukrainian partners at Georgetown’s Milano in 2015? And why did Hunter’s confidant reveal that you called your son’s business meetings 20 times?

Confronted with a reporter this week, an angry Joe lashed out. “I didn’t do it,” he said. – It’s a lie”.

Oh, how our memorial plates will overflow.

Most shocking of all, just about four months ago, Hunter stumbled into a federal courtroom, expecting to plead guilty to the Department of Justice’s pet deal, and put all this trouble in the rearview mirror of his father’s 1967 Corvette.

How times have changed. Thank God that honest Americans brought this country together, because a federal judge – Judge Maryellen Noreika – looked at the document and saw the word “corruption” written in big bold letters at the top.

Why on earth, the judge asked the federal prosecutors who had signed the agreement with Hunter’s lawyers, would the U.S. government grant Hunter broad immunity and let him off with just a slap on the wrist?

Perhaps embarrassed and hopefully ashamed, Justice Department lawyers admitted they shouldn’t have done it. The deal was canceled and we are here today.

It seems impossible that Hunter could go from almost no consequences to almost two decades behind bars if these latest tax charges stand?

And if things weren’t bad enough for the Biden clan, Thursday’s indictment hints at more charges to come. The very first page of the document refers to Hunter as a “lobbyist” and notes that his clients are from Ukraine, China and Romania.

That leaves the very real possibility that Hunter could be charged with violating the Foreign Agents Registration Act. You see, advocating for foreign interests without telling the US government is also a crime.

This is exactly the case, as laid out by diligent IRS whistleblowers Gary Shapley and Joe Ziegler, to whom America owes a debt. They accused the Justice Department of ignoring Hunter’s many alleged crimes and even claimed that the Justice Department told Hunter about their investigation.

So, ask yourself: What could possibly drive President Biden, senior US intelligence officers, the vast majority of the US media and the US Department of Justice to show off so thoroughly?

Well guys, we hope we find out soon.

On Tuesday, the House of Representatives will vote on a formal impeachment inquiry into President Biden, seeking to draw a clear line between Hunter’s heinous actions and dear old dad.

It became abundantly clear that Hunter was selling one thing and one thing only to the Chinese communists and crooked Ukrainian oligarchs – access to his father. The question is, did Joe get his share?

House Oversight Committee James Comer released records purporting to show direct monthly payments from one of Hunter’s many businesses to his father.

Seems worth a look, doesn’t it?

If the House votes to open a formal impeachment inquiry, it would open up a range of legislative tools and subpoena powers that could help investigators delve deeper into the murky finances of the presidential family.

What centrist Democrat can stand before the American people next week, vote against impeachment, and say with a straight face that nothing is going on here? Mind you, these are the same Democrats who are constantly cackling about Donald Trump’s supposed lawlessness.

Americans see that Merrick Garland’s Justice Department and Special Counsel David Weiss tried everything in their power to make the case against Hunter go away, and they would have gotten away with it too, if not for those pesky judges and IRS whistleblowers.

Democrats are in a losing situation.

If they side with Joe Biden and vote against the impeachment inquiry, they will undermine the case against Trump.

If they abandon Joe, they risk complete electoral failure just weeks before the first votes are cast in the presidential primary.

But there is, of course, more at stake than House votes and political signs in the run-up to 2024.

Should a proven liar sit in the Oval Office?

Unfortunately, I suspect their answer is yes.
