How Hunter Biden complained to his uncle James that his ‘money was all gone’ and he couldn’t afford his ex-wife’s alimony – while he was blowing huge sums on his lavish lifestyle and getting millions from his sugar bro lawyer to pay taxes

The nine-count grand jury indictment on tax charges brought by prosecutors against Hunter Biden cites not only his prodigious spending habits, but also instances in which he pleaded poverty when he refused to pay child support in order to timely write a check to the IRS.

He made similar statements to his uncle James in 2018, according to documents disclosed by IRS whistleblowers. But his online statements about his bad luck sometimes contradicted his financial reports, which included luxury cars, seaside homes, ATM withdrawals and porn purchases, all while the president’s son struggled with addiction.

On December 29, 2018, he wrote to James Biden about his financial difficulties, hinting at his efforts to get support from his father while feeling short on cash. “I can work while in New York all day every day for the next three months from 8 to 12. But I can’t pay child support, tuition, food or gas.”

– Indeed, everything has passed. “I’m sure I can make it up in 15 to 20 days, but he basically made it clear that he wasn’t paying child support because mom made it clear she wouldn’t,” he said.

This statement appears to be at odds with the incredible amount of money Hunter spent during his binges involving drugs, luxury hotels, prostitution and even sex clubs.

Prosecutors, who were on the verge of reaching a plea deal with Hunter this summer, cited another incident in which he pleaded poverty but argued that he actually did have the money to occasionally pay off his debt to the IRS.

Hunter Biden has cited his problems with the IRS as the reason he is

Hunter Biden has cited his problems with the IRS as the reason he is “struggling” to pay child support. But prosecutors uncovered a number of personal expenses during the period when he owed taxes.

“On or about December 10, 2018, the defendant texted his ex-wife: “I have no money (ex-wife). I’m waiting for a few things. When I can pay taxes, I will pay taxes. At the same time, I am struggling to pay your child support and all expenses for the girls,” the 56-page indictment states.

“Instead of paying taxes, defendant spent millions of dollars on an extravagant lifestyle,” prosecutors wrote.

“Between 2016 and October 15, 2020, Defendant spent this money on drugs, escorts and girlfriends, luxury hotels and rental properties, exotic cars, clothing and other personal items, in short, on everything except his taxes.

Prosecutors then included a chart calculating Hunter’s spending habits as he made millions in the charging document, where they cite Hunter’s own account of his drug binges and debauchery.

It included $683,212 in Payments – Various Women, broken down by year. That includes $383,548 for 2018, when he texted his ex that he had “no money.” During that period, he spent $1.6 million on ATMs and cash withdrawals and $188,960 on adult entertainment.

Then, in May 2019, Hunter’s ex Kathleen Boulet filed a motion with the court to enforce the separation agreement. “Defendant stopped paying spousal support and refused to provide financial statements, including tax returns, that were necessary to calculate the amount of spousal support he was supposed to receive under his agreement with his ex-wife.

Prosecutors said Hunter evaded the IRS even as he received a loan from “sugar brother” Kevin Morris to help with his taxes.

“From January to October 15, 2020, an entertainment attorney (“Personal Friend”) provided Defendant with substantial financial support, including approximately $200,000 for the rental of a luxury canal home in Venice, California; $11,000 in payments for his Porsche; and other individual items. In total, from January to October 15, 2020, the defendant’s personal friend paid more than $1.2 million to third parties on behalf of the defendant,” the indictment states.

He also made money from his memoir, Beautiful Things, in which he described some of his problems with drugs and alcohol.
