Jason Kelce has not yet decided whether he wants to continue playing in the NFL, he said in a recent podcast interview, with the Eagles star admitting he is ‘exploring different options’ if he decides to hang up his clamps up.

While ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported that Kelce informed his teammates he would retire following Philly’s first-round playoff loss to the Eagles, there has been no official word from the center since that Jan. 15 game.

And during an interview with Dana Carvey and David Spade on their ‘Superfly’ podcastKelce revealed that his decision still hangs in the balance.

‘I do not know. I’m trying to figure it out right now. Right now I’m exploring different options if I end up retiring,’ Kelce said.

‘Still training and keeping fit if I end up playing again.’

Kelce, who hosts the hit podcast ‘New Heights’ with his brother Travis, reportedly met with TV executives in Las Vegas during Super Bowl week.

Front Office Sports said he sat down with brass from Fox and ESPN and began ‘making the rounds’ with networks ahead of the Chiefs’ win over the 49ers.

Still, Kelce has been clear that he would struggle to leave the game of football.

“When you’re around this atmosphere, man, it’s really hard not to want to keep doing this,” he told DailyMail.com exclusively after his brother Travis and the Chiefs beat the Ravens in the AFC Championship.

He added: ‘The game remains difficult to play – selfish, physical. It’s a grueling sport and it has its problems trying to play it the older you get… (but) it’s hard. It’s really hard. I’ll be honest with you.’

He echoed that sentiment on ‘Superfly,’ saying, ‘All these guys, when they’re done, it’s like you’re just here man,’ as he held his arm up in the middle of the camera.

‘You very rarely get these tops. And you have to find a way to get it.’

The 36-year-old father of three strongly considered retirement at the end of last season and filmed his struggle to make a decision in the popular Amazon Prime documentary, ‘Kelce.’

He also filled in for Amazon Prime Video’s Thursday Night Football coverage during the Eagles’ bye week this season.
