Joe was dressed in black jeans and a black T-shirt and carried his 10-year-old Chihuahua-Pomeranian mix Bubbles through the busy terminal.
Caitlyn wore a white, brown and gray off-the-shoulder top, jeans and brown boots, along with a long brown coat.
The new couple arrived in New York City and attended a charity event on Saturday night before being spotted at Sunday’s New York Jets game against the Houston Texans at Met Life Stadium.

She was photographed gazing adoringly at her new beau, who is a full foot taller than her.
Joe and Caitlin first met in September, just two months after it was revealed that Joe and Sofia had split.
On Saturday night, the new couple was at Cipriani in Manhattan to attend the Children of Armenia Foundation’s 20th anniversary gala.
That evening, Joe, who is the eighth Armenian on his mother’s side, was awarded the nonprofit organization’s Humanitarian Award.
Joe’s roots in Armenia were evident earlier this year when he appeared on the PBS show “Finding Your Roots” and told the life story of his great-grandmother, an Armenian Genocide survivor.
Sofia and Joe married in 2015, when Sofia was at the height of her international fame as Gloria Pritchett on Modern Family.
After they announced their split in July, insiders told DailyMail.com that they were initially attracted to each other because they were opposites.
At the airport, the couple stayed close as they made their way to the terminal.

“He always likes to go out and just have a good time. And then when it’s time to be serious and when it’s time to get to work, he turns on that part of himself, but he’s always ready to live life to the fullest and go out and just have fun and have fun,” the source continued.
“It immediately appealed to Sofia, who is the complete opposite: she sure loves to have a good time and go out, but she’s more interested in the finer things in life, trips, fancy dinners, celebrity status and everything that comes with it,” said the insider.
