John Stamos puts on a stylish display in powder blue suit as he joins wife Caitlin McHugh and their son Billy, five, at Wonka premiere in Los Angeles

John Stamos was joined by his wife and son at the Wonka premiere in Los Angeles on Sunday.

The Full House actor, 60, looked in high spirits as he posed on the red carpet with his wife, Caitlin McHugh, 37, and their five-year-old son Billy.

He showed off a stylish look at the event in a navy blue suit and a colorful floral button-down shirt.

The General Hospital star, who just days earlier donned a coordinating Christmas ensemble while at Disneyland with her son, rocked a pair of white sneakers and travel sunglasses.

At the premiere of the highly anticipated sci-fi film starring Timothée Chalamet, his son wore a maroon velvet suit with a floral top, just like him.

The couple smiled brightly as they held hands for a quick photo.

At one point, Stamos sat down at his son’s level and posed with his arms around him tenderly.

Stamos and McHugh, who is 23 years his junior, previously dated when they both guest starred on an episode of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit in 2011.

The couple had not met for many years, since at that time she was still married to restaurateur Massimo Lusardi.

McHugh and her ex filed for divorce in 2014, and two years later she began dating Stamos.

They got engaged in October 2017. The couple tied the knot in February 2018 – about two months before their son Billy was born.

He was also seen chatting with Keegan-Michael Key, who stars in Wonka, which opens in cinemas on December 15.

The musical fantasy film, directed by Paul King, tells the origin story of Willy Wonka, a character from Roald Dahl’s 1964 novel Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.

In the film, Chalamet plays a young Willy Wonka, and the story follows his early years as a chocolatier.

Wonka premieres next week, December 15th.
