Kenya Moore says she’s ‘finally been granted a divorce’ from estranged husband Marc Daly ‘after more than three years of litigation’ … former couple are parents to daughter, five

Kenya Moore says her decades-long divorce from ex-husband Marc Daly is finalized.

The 52-year-old Real Housewives of Atlanta star said: People she and Daly, 53, reached a divorce agreement Tuesday through private mediation, more than four years after they initially split.

“After more than three years of litigation, I was finally granted a divorce,” the Detroit-born reality TV star said. “I want to thank everyone who prayed for me and supported me when I needed it most.”

Moore, who shares five-year-old daughter Brooklyn with the restaurateur, added: “I’m looking forward to this next chapter in my life and being the best mom I can be to my daughter Brooklyn.”

The former Miss USA concluded by saying that she remains optimistic about moving forward in her personal life.

“As a hopeless romantic, I still believe that my forever person exists and know that I will have a happy ending in the end,” she said.

“Due to recent and current circumstances, I can no longer continue with the marriage,” she said at the time.

During the RHOA Season 14 reunion in September 2022, Moore said she was “still not divorced” as the process stalled.

“He’s not asking for anything at this point,” she said. “It’s just stalled, so until we get a trial date or a settlement, it’s still going to continue… I’ve definitely been doing group dates and people have been stalking me, but nothing serious yet.”

Earlier this year, she appeared on Watch What Happens Live, calling her split “the world’s longest divorce.”

On Jan. 4, Moore told Andy Cohen that she and Daly “unfortunately” did not come to a prenuptial agreement before their June 2017 wedding at a St. Lucia resort.

She appeared on Tamron Hall Show in January, saying the marriage ended because she realized she and Daly were incompatible.

“It was difficult to work through our differences even during the show,” Moore said. “A lot of it was revealed, like how we didn’t get along or weren’t on the same page.

“As I said before, I felt like my voice was very muted because I felt like I had to be a certain wife in order to get along with him and his personality – that’s not what marriage is about.”

In November, Moore predicted the split would soon be finalized when she appeared at BravoCon in Las Vegas.

“I’m saying it right now: I will be single and divorced until 2024,” she said, according to the report. Page six. “We had a court hearing and then we got on the court calendar, so we’re going to go to court, and then we got taken off the court calendar. I can’t make it up.
