Lori Vallow appears in Arizona court as she’s arraigned on charges of murdering her fourth husband Charles Vallow – months after being convicted of killing her children JJ and Tylee

Lori Vallow is back in court facing two charges of plotting to kill her relatives because she fell into violent religious fanaticism.

The Doomsday Cult mom, who was convicted in May of killing her two children Tylee, 16, and JJ, 7, is accused of plotting with her brother Alex Cox to kill her husband Charles Vallow in July 2019 and planning to kill her. niece’s husband Brandon Boudreau.

Last week, Vallow was extradited from Idaho to Arizona to face charges. She was charged in the June 2021 death of Vallow and the planned murder of Boudreau in February 2022.

The alleged plans to kill her relatives arose as Vallow became obsessed with the impending apocalypse and her whirlwind marriage to late 2019 author Chad Daybell.

The bodies of Tylee and JJ were found in Daybell’s yard in June 2020, and he is also due to stand trial for their murders in April 2024.

Vallow appeared only briefly Thursday in handcuffs and an orange jail jumpsuit as she gave her name and admitted the charges against her.

She was booked into the Maricopa County Jail last week after being extradited, where she is being held without bond.

Additional charges were filed against her after a grand jury indicted Vallow in 2021 in connection with the murder of Charles, who Cox fatally shot in her Arizona home.

Cox, who died of natural causes in December 2019, insisted he shot Charles in self-defense, but prosecutors say it was planned because the siblings both believed in the apocalypse.

It is alleged that Vallow and Cox, both devout Mormons, were convinced that the end of the world was imminent and their relatives were possessed by zombies, and believed they could save them by killing them.

Prosecutors say religious fanaticism was the pretext used by the family to carry out the killings.

The alleged plot also included Vallow’s plan to kill her niece’s husband, Brandon Boudreaux, who was shot in a drive-by shooting in October 2019, shortly after JJ and Tylee were last seen alive.
