Luke Littler kept his dream of winning three consecutive Premier League nights alive after battling past Rob Cross in the quarter-finals in Birmingham.

Nuke fell 3-1 behind and looked set to crash at the first hurdle, but came back in style before nailing a nervy double nine to secure his semi-final place.

Littler is aiming for a sensational hat-trick tonight after picking up wins in Belfast and Manchester and taking his spectacular debut year to new heights.

However, his route past Cross was anything but simple. Excitement took Littler out of control, causing the teenager to angrily throw a dart at the board.

But Littler steadied himself after missing a 170 box by a matter of inches before stepping in to clear his favorite double-10.

The wolfram prodigy then tied the game after hitting double 10 again.

Cross fought back to 4-4 but Littler, finding his groove, held his nerve.

A 134 and 137 start from Littler saw him pull away from his opponent, but after he wasted two darts at double 15, only a big miss from Cross allowed him back.

From there, Littler made no mistake in striking out 30.

The final stage began in style, both players hitting 180s to raise the roof, but once again Littler took the driver’s seat before popping a 36 box.
