A male model who once appeared in an Aerosmith video has been arrested for rape just 18 months after being released from a 10-year prison sentence for sex crimes.

Dean Kelly, 52, is charged with attempted third-degree rape and sexual battery.

The former model, who starred in the band’s “Crazy” video, was previously jailed for attempting to organize a murder-for-hire plot and sexual assault of a minor.

His iconic role in the 1994 video saw him frolicking in a lake with Alivia Silverstone and Liv Tyler, daughter of Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler.

They played two sexualized schoolgirls who make off with Kelly’s clothes, forcing the naked model to chase them.

Kelly starred in Aerosmith's video for the song

Kelly starred in Aerosmith’s 1994 video for “Crazy,” in which he cavorted naked with Liv Tyler and Alicia Silverstone before being convicted.

But in photographs of the latest alleged incident, which took place in October this year, Kelly’s appearance appears to have taken a sharp turn for the worse.

In the New Orleans police mugshot, the former model appears disheveled, with long, straight hair and deep wrinkles.

He was to be held at the Orleans Parish Justice Center pending the ongoing investigation.

Kelly previously admitted to sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl in connection with an incident that occurred in 2005.

His confession was part of a plea deal after he was initially jailed on suspicion of raping three women.

Police said Kelly lured young women to his home on the outskirts of the city by posing as a talent scout.

Kelly was also convicted of conspiring to kill former Orleans Parish District Attorney Leon Cannizzaro, Orleans Parish District Attorney Jason Williams, Criminal District Court Judge Tracy Flemings-Davilier and one of his victims.

The convicted felon previously violated his probation in 2014 by using social media and failing to register his phones on the sex offender registry.

If he is found guilty of the latest charges, legal experts said he could face 25 years in prison, but suggested his previous convictions would double the sentence.

“His parents should have picked him up and moved him to the Himalayas with the monks because ‘no’ never meant ‘no’ to him,” Fox 8 legal analyst Joe Raspanti said.

“He served time in prison for this very behavior and still cannot cope with it. A person who, after such a severe punishment, becomes such a repeat offender is quite rare.

“I’m not a professional psychiatrist, but it appears that whatever pathologies he had before, he still has them.”

He added that previous victims could testify against him if the case goes to trial.

Kelly’s name appears on the New Orleans sex offender registry, where he is classified as a Level 1, lowest-risk offender.
