Mean Girls star Avantika Vandanapu serves hungry customers at Raising Cane’s restaurant – following release of new reboot

On Tuesday, Raising the Canes welcomed a surprising new employee behind the counter: Mean Girls star Avantika Vandanapu.

Wearing a pink Raising Cane’s T-shirt, the 18-year-old actress served hungry customers at the chain’s New York store.

Vandanapu took orders at the counter, served lemonade to customers, and even prepared fresh bread and butter in the kitchen.

Her change was captured in a video posted by Raising Cane’s: “@avantika brought a touch of glam and pink to the Raising Cane’s counter!” It was certainly a PLEASURE to work with her!” they signed the post.

But now, instead of competing, Lohan presides over the competition from the podium on stage.

As the students, including Cady (played by Angourie Rice), quickly throw out answers, Lohan jokes about how “familiar” the moment feels.
