Sofia Fernandez, from Austin, Texas, took to TikTok to grill mom Tracy Donohue, 48, while she was relaxing in the pool.
Tracy, who remarried in 2007, was thinking about how to achieve a certain lifestyle.

In the clip, which has now been viewed more than 1.2 million times, Sofia speaks directly to the camera as she prepares to question her mother.
She begins, “Today we are going to ask my mom, young Trace, how she got her dream job and became a trophy wife. Let’s go to.’
With the camera pointed downwards, Tracy looks nonchalant as she lounges in the pool wearing a baseball cap and sunglasses.
Sophia asks, “Young Trace, give us three tips on how to be a trophy wife.”
To which she responds, “Well, I got it from being hot, but then I just very slowly moved on to not being hot, and he didn’t notice because it took so long.”
“And I went from making six figures to slowly, slowly, slowly doing nothing, so I just swim in the pool all day.”
Tracy chuckles and finishes, “I can’t think of anything else.”
