The lawsuit was first filed in 2021 when Southern alleged that the father of three kicked her out of the home they shared in Los Angeles and violated a divorce agreement after she was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2019.

Southern, a film director and technical artist, alleged unjust enrichment, false promises and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

However, the millionaire said he was “very distraught” after reading the 13-page letter of claim and said he had always treated his ex-fiancée well.

“This is the man I had she once had the most wonderful relationship, but now she has become unrecognizable to me,” he said.

“In September 2020, my accuser sent me a letter praising my honesty, talking about our shared love, and emphasizing the mutual care we showed for each other,” he added, flashing the copy on the screen.

The millionaire, who is struggling with aging, said he was advised to handle the situation in a way that would remain private and advised “not to bring this into the public sphere because someone’s reputation could be forever tarnished.”

“It’s very hard to come back from this and it was devastating for me, the charges felt like an injustice,” he explained in the video.

Johnson said after receiving the letter, he didn’t know what to do next.IRM the belief” that he needs to “stand up” for himself.

“I had to do this course and now, two-and-a-half years later, it’s finally over, but it was disruptive, expensive and stressful,” he said.

In the clip, Johnson wrote what his ex-fiancee accused him of and read it to the camera.

“She threatened to make… public accusations against me if I didn’t pay her $9 million in one week,” he claims in the video.

He continued, reading from an A4 piece of paper: “Two days later, the judge ordered her to pay me half a million dollars in fees.”

He then said there was insufficient evidence to support the charges, accusing the lawyers of trying to take advantage of “her vulnerabilities” and “exploit” his wealth, and said they were trying to make him “look like a monster.”

“The global media ate it up,” he said. “On March 31, 2023, after numerous depositions and discovery motions, the arbitrator dismissed all of her claims that went to arbitration and ordered my accuser to pay me half a million dollars to reimburse the attorney fees I was forced to spend defending myself. my innocence.

“The ruling and award were confirmed by a sitting Supreme Court Justice on September 29, 2023,” he continued.

What was “most hurtful,” Johnson said, was the way Southern talked about their relationship in a way that was “unrecognizable” to him.

He also spoke about Southern’s cancer diagnosis, disputing her claims that he abandoned her while she was sick.

“I turned my life around and worked non-stop around her to achieve success,” she said. “We flew around the country together studying clinical trials and meeting with doctors together, and we did extensive research into additional treatments and tests.”

“This was our common, ever-present goal,” he added, claiming the plan by his ex-partner and her lawyers was to “cause maximum pain and suffering” so he would pay privately.

“(Now) I’m free, I feel relieved, it was two and a half years of hell,” the biotech hacker laughed.

However, Johnson said Southern and her lawyers “miscalculated my tenacity and determination, and their strategy backfired, causing collateral damage.”

Johnson added that he has set up a trust to meet her medical needs, of which she is the sole beneficiary and the only person with access to it.

He also posted on his Instagramwhere he stated that Southern was ordered to pay him $584,199.16 in fees that he spent on the lawsuit.

Legal documents seen by DailyMail.com, dated May 18, 2023, state that the judge “awarded Mr. Johnson $584,199.16 in attorney fees he incurred in the arbitration,” with the biohacker asking the court to enforce this is a decision since his ex-fiancee has not yet paid him.

The filing also states that he and his ex-fiancée were still embroiled in a legal battle over four of the eight “causes of action” she originally filed against him, but Southern filed to dismiss those claims earlier this month.

In the October 2021 complaint, which was obtained by DailyMail.com, Southern accused the tech entrepreneur of violating his “lifetime financial support agreement,” claiming she was forced to “dedicate all of her time and attention to his personal and professional needs.”

The suit also describes Johnson’s alleged “pattern of manipulative and coercive” behavior, alleging that he convinced her to let him sleep with other women even though she wanted monogamy.

Johnson, who became famous for his $2 million-a-year anti-aging plan, claims to have overcome the hurdle of living in a 46-year-old body by instead working to make it function like an 18-year-old.
