Notorious former Hells Angels gang member Dayne Brajkovich narrowly escapes with his life after being stabbed in the neck at a Ministry of Sound concert in Perth
One of Australia’s most recognizable bikies is in a stable condition in hospital after he was stabbed in the neck during a brawl outside a Perth music festival.
Dane Brajkovic, 44, was rushed to hospital after he was allegedly stabbed at around 9.50pm on Friday night as festival-goers were leaving the Ministry of Sound Classic in Kings Parks in the city’s central business district.
The notorious biker was a former Hells Angels sergeant before he was kicked out of the club in 2022 after a dispute with the local president.
WA Police confirmed a man in his 40s was being treated at Royal Perth Hospital for a serious laceration to his neck that required surgery.
He is expected to be discharged on Saturday evening while Perth detectives investigate the incident.
Dane Brajkovic and his wife Jacinta resemble a painting on their tropical vacation, with Brajkovic’s famous tattoo literally on every inch of his body.

WA Police are investigating whether outlaw motorcycle gangs are behind the brawl, with a group of people who witnessed the incident saying participants left the area “on multiple motorbikes”.
“A large number of people were in the immediate vicinity of the incident and detectives are looking for any images showing the incident or the people involved,” a police spokesman said.
One person wrote on social media that they were at the event and there were “lots of police cars and a police helicopter flying over King Parkes at about 10:30pm.”
Before he became Australia’s most recognizable bikie, Brajkovic was a fresh-faced teenager with no tattoo.
As of Saturday afternoon, no suspects were in custody.
Brajkovic, who served just one prison sentence for selling MDMA, claims he left the bikie and drug trades to focus on his property assets.
He owns at least three houses in the Perth area.
Anyone with information about the attack is asked to contact police.
Brajkovic, almost entirely covered in tattoos, regularly appears in WA newspapers, having gained notoriety for beating Rebels boss Nick Martin weeks before he was killed at Perth Motorplex in 2020.
He previously told The West Australian that while leaving the Hells Angels club he bumped into the then-president at the clubhouse on Friday night.
“I didn’t have anyone else, so I brought (wife) Jacinta with me. She would follow me anywhere,” he said.
Forced out of the bikie life by Hells Angels leaders, Brajkovic (pictured with wife Jacinta Hill and stepdaughter Audrina) is focused on his real estate empire, owning three investment properties in the Belmont area.
He added that he also brought his “favorite homemade steel brass knuckles with him to see if they still worked.”
“To be honest, he (the gang president) had a broken leg and walked on crutches, but he always boasted that he was a former military man and a former paratrooper.”
The couple argued with Brajkovic, saying he smashed a stool over the man’s broken leg for good measure, and he was no longer a member.
He also made headlines when he walked into the Perth Mint in June 2022 and bought $27,000 worth of gold bars.
Although the Mint requires extensive background checks on clients considered “high risk,” Brajkovich’s lawyer said he simply needed to show his driver’s license.
