Read the chilling threats allegedly made by sinister mate of Queensland cop killers – as he is accused of vowing revenge: ‘Armed to the teeth’
A US conspiracy theorist linked to the horrific killings of two Queensland police officers and a neighbor in a sectarian terror attack has said he was “armed to the teeth” and threatened to kill law enforcement officers who came onto his property after the shooting in Australia.
Chilling details of the threats allegedly made by Donald Day Jr were revealed in an unsealed US indictment following his dramatic arrest earlier this week in connection with last year’s Viambilla killings.
It followed authorities’ revelation that he spent years communicating with family members of Train’s killer before the shooting.

Police constables Rachel McCraw and Matthew Arnold and neighbor Alan Dare were shot dead by Stacey, Gareth and Nathaniel Train at the Waynes Road property on December 12, 2022.
Two other officers, Keeley Breaux and Randall Kirk, were wounded.
All three Trains were killed that night in a shootout with police.
Police said the Trains followed a Christian extremist belief system known as premillennialism, believing that Jesus Christ would return to Earth after a period of severe tribulation.

It is alleged Mr Day radicalized Stacey and Gareth during extensive communication on YouTube several years before the Wyambilla shooting, referring to the pair as “Daniel” and “Jane”.
In a chilling video released hours after the shooting on December 12, 2022, Gareth and Stacey admitted shooting the officers and Mr Dare while interacting with a man known as “Don”.
“Don” is the same Mr. Day who was arrested near Heber Overgaard, Arizona, on December 1 for his suspected involvement in the Wyambilla shooting.
Mr. Day faces two interstate menacing charges related to comments he made after the shooting.
An unsealed indictment obtained by NCA NewsWire alleges Mr Day threatened to kill law enforcement officers who entered his property.
“The devils have come for us, they are just dying. It’s very simple. We are free people. We don’t belong to anyone,” he allegedly said in a YouTube video.

His second charge relates to allegations that he threatened Tedros Adhanom, the WHO director general, by saying in another comment on a BitChute video in February this year: “It’s time to kill these monsters and all who serve them.” “Where is my view? Where are you? Am I the only one? Damn hell!
Day is alleged to have posted a comment on Gareth and Stacey’s YouTube video shortly after it was uploaded on December 12, 2022.
“The truth is, I would love to be with you and do what I do best,” he allegedly said.
“I hate that I can’t.
‘What can I do? I’m telling you family, these bastards are going to regret messing with us.”

A few days after the shooting, Day is said to have posted another video on YouTube in which he regretted not being able to help “Daniel” and “Jane”.
“And so, my brave brother and sister, son and daughter of the Most High, did exactly what they were supposed to do, which was kill those fucking devils,” he allegedly said.
Day is alleged to have stated in relation to BitChute: “I am a criminal, armed to the teeth.”
He also claimed to own firearms, including a rifle and a shotgun.

“We have evidence that Trains subsequently accessed an old YouTube account created by the same individual in 2014 and viewed that content,” Commissioner Scanlon said.
“Between May 2021 and December 2022, this man repeatedly sent messages containing Christian end-of-days ideology to Gareth and then Stacey,” she said.
