Tiffany Haddish has been ordered to QUIT drinking and submit to ‘random drug tests’ by a Georgia judge after second DUI arrest in two years
Tiffany Haddish will reportedly have to stop drinking and undergo random drug testing after she was arrested for the second time in less than two years last month.
In documents received RadarOnline.comA Georgia judge allegedly ordered a 44-year-old man to abstain from alcohol and any illegal drugs last week.
According to the publication, “the decision came after prosecutors asked the court to change Haddish’s bail conditions” following her recent arrest in Beverly Hills, California, on suspicion of driving under the influence.
In their motion, prosecutors told the court that “Haddish was arrested on November 24, 2023.”

Police found the actress asleep behind the wheel of her car in the middle of busy Beverly Drive while she was still driving.

After her latest run-in with the law, prosecutors reportedly “asked that Haddish’s bond be modified to include a stipulation that Haddish cannot drink and must submit to drug testing.”
During the hearing, the judge reportedly “granted the motion” and “ordered Haddish not to drink or use drugs, including Hem products such as CBD.”
However, the order allows her to take prescription medications “within therapeutic limits.”
Additionally, the site states that she will “subject to a drug testing panel that will screen for common illicit drug use and will include testing for ETG and ETS, alcohol metabolites.”
DailyMail.com contacted Haddish’s representatives but had not received a response at the time of publication.
After her arrest in November, hours after a comedy show at the Laugh Factory in Long Beach on Thanksgiving, she vowed to “get help.”
Talking about how she plans to move forward after the incident, the star said: Entertainment tonight that “this will never happen again.”

Haddish, who is glad no one was hurt because of her “mistake,” reportedly recognizes that the incident has defined her.
“Tiffany is sorry her arrest made the news, but is grateful no one was hurt,” an insider exclusively told DailyMail.com. “She’s going to sort this out and find the right lawyers.

According to police, at 5:45 a.m., Beverly Hills police officers received a call that a person had “fallen behind the wheel while a vehicle was moving.” TMZ.
In video obtained by the outlet, the actress and comedian can be seen with her hands cuffed behind her back as she is escorted to a patrol car. The arrest was reported to be “peaceful” and without any resistance.
