Tom Brady’s new mansion on luxury Island Creek is nearing completion, nearly three years since he purchased the property with ex-wife Gisele Bündchen.
Brady, who ended his storied football career back in February, is building himself a new bachelor pad in Miami, believed to cost around $11.5 million.
The former Patriots and Buccaneers quarterback bought the area for $17 million just over three years ago with Bündchen, the Brazilian supermodel he eventually divorced after 13 years of marriage in October 2022.
And judging by newly released construction photos, Brady’s Miami bachelor pad isn’t too far from completion.
The mansion’s garden is beginning to take shape, with many palm trees and a huge lawn, as well as a waterfront swimming pool.

Meanwhile, the extravagant Florida apartment Brady lived in after his divorce from Bündchen was listed by its owners for $15.9 million.
The seven-time Super Bowl winner moved into the three-bedroom, five-bathroom apartment in November 2022.
The 4,103 square foot condominium is located on the ninth floor of the luxury Fendi Chateau Residences tower in Surfside, Florida.
It is believed that apartments in the building could cost up to $60,000 a month.
Brady recently went on a heartwarming ski trip with his three children, Jack, Benjamin and Vivian, and shared a photo of the trio on the slopes to celebrate Christmas.
Brady and his ex-wife Gisele Bündchen divorced last October after 13 years of marriage.
