Tim Robards reveals what he really thinks of weight loss drug Ozempic as he shows off his muscular build after intense workout

Tim Robards has criticized Ozempic and said taking the drug for weight loss is the “easy way out”.

The SAS Australia star, 41, told The Washington News Australia on Thursday he sees some benefits from using the drug but “it’s a short-term solution”.

“I think it could benefit overweight people, but with all these things, they won’t have a long-term effect unless they change their lifestyle,” he said.

“It’s a bit like an anti-inflammatory. Sometimes people are so sore and sore that they can’t even go to rehab. So taking a short-term anti-inflammatory may allow you to rehab and let things heal.”

“Same thing with this one. If this gives you a chance to stimulate some change and you change your lifestyle, then I think, you know, there can be a positive there.”

He went on to say, “(But) sometimes true results come from doing the hard work, and some people are just willing to take the easy way out.”

Tim said the “easy way out” is usually a “short-term solution” and people usually go back to their old habits.

“You need to change basic models, processes, structures and behavior. If you don’t change, you will just fluctuate,” he added.
