The confrontation in one video begins with Smith sitting in a lounge chair talking on the phone when her distraught mother approaches her.

“Don’t talk shit. Please call the police,” the mother says.

“Get off my damn property,” Smith responds.

“Don’t talk to the children,” says the mother.

Smith then stands up from his chair and forcefully points his finger at his mother’s face. “You keep your damn dog on a damn leash,” Smith shouts.

The mother replies: “Don’t talk to my children. C*** do you understand?

“I don’t even know if you have more than one child, but there’s something you want to know? I’m not talking to your kids, so get out of my face,’” Smith says.

“Don’t talk shit to those damn kids,” says the angry mother.

Smith then starts dancing and mocks his mother by saying, “Oh, mama bear.” I’m so afraid of you. I’m so afraid of you, mama bear.

“Just because you fucked a baby out of your dick doesn’t mean you deserve to be a mother,” Smith says.

The mother then says, “Touch me,” before Smith says, “Shit me.”

“The kids could be on the street and there’s no ****** reason why you’re talking to them,” the mother continues.

On separate occasions, Smith was also seen driving past the family's home while shouting racial slurs and profanities at the parents and children.

The mother then asks Smith, “Is this a free damn country?” What are you going to do?’

“Yeah, it is, and your damn fat ass is saying, get that damn baby out of there,” Smith says, touching the mother’s pregnant baby.

The video shows Smith “forcefully poking” and “pushing with both hands” into the pregnant mother’s stomach.
