McDonald’s is lowering the price of two of its most popular menu items – but it’s only for one day.
On Monday, fans of the fast food chain will be able to pick up a Big Mac for just £1.49, a huge saving on the usual price of £4.99.
Or if you’re heading to the restaurant in the morning, there’s also an offer on double McMuffins that you’ll be able to grab for just £1.99 for one day only.
That would typically set you back £4.39 for a double sausage and egg McMuffin, and the same price for a double bacon and egg sandwich.
These half-price offers are only available on February 26 via the McDonald’s app.

McDonald’s said: ‘Customers will be able to earn points when they purchase one of these offers by signing up to MyMcDonald’s Rewards.
The scheme means that every penny spent equals a reward point, so this week’s offer will give you 199 points when you grab a Double McMuffin® and 149 points when you pick up a Big Mac®.
‘There is also an option for customers to donate the cash equivalent of their points to BBC Children in Need, FareShare and Ronald McDonald House Charities to support the company’s commitment to funding and supporting youth work, alongside reducing food poverty and food waste in the UK. ‘
It comes after the fast food chain delighted customers by launching two brand new pink-themed desserts just in time for Valentine’s Day – as well as bringing back some popular menu items.

The limited edition KitKat Ruby Chocolate McFlurry and Raspberry and White Chocolate Pie are available in all restaurants nationwide now.
The menu shake-up came just after the chain revealed it would be bringing back the breakfast wrap due to popular demand after removing the product back in 2020.
The tasty treat features a pork sausage with free-range eggs, bacon, a potato rosti and cheese, in a soft tortilla wrap and comes with your choice of brown sauce or ketchup.
Brekkie fans are able to munch on the treat today, for £4.39 on its own or £5.89 as a meal with a drink and a hash brown.
